Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: KSA Reports to:Board of Directors / Shareholders Role Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability across the company’s trading and furniture manufacturing/retail operations. The CEO will be responsible for expanding market presence, optimizing supply chains, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring operational excellence across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic vision. Identify growth opportunities in trading, sourcing, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail furniture markets. Lead market expansion initiatives, including new geographies, product lines, and distribution channels. Drive innovation in product design, materials, and business models. Commercial & Trading Operations Oversee trading activities, including sourcing, import/export, supplier negotiations, and pricing strategies. Manage relationships with international suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners. Ensure effective risk management related to currency exposure, commodities, contracts, and global trade compliance. Optimize procurement and inventory management to improve margins and cash flow. Furniture Industry Leadership Oversee furniture design, manufacturing, quality control, and product lifecycle management. Ensure alignment between market trends, customer preferences, and product offerings. Drive efficiency in production processes, capacity planning, and cost control. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Financial & Operational Management Own full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Improve operational efficiency across factories, warehouses, showrooms, and trading offices. Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all business units. Ensure robust governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Sales, Marketing & Brand Development Strengthen brand positioning across B2B and B2C channels. Oversee sales strategies for wholesale, retail, project-based, and export markets. Guide marketing, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue growth. Build strong customer relationships with key accounts, developers, retailers, and institutional clients. Leadership & Culture Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Align organizational structure and talent with strategic priorities. Act as the primary spokesperson with stakeholders, partners, and investors. Governance & Stakeholder Management Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and strategic partners. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in trading, furniture, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong background in international trade, sourcing, supply chain, and commercial negotiations. Deep understanding of the furniture industry, including materials, manufacturing, retail, and design trends. Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and improving profitability. Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex P&Ls. Experience operating in multi-market or cross-border environments preferred.
