JOB PURPOSE:
To understand the customer needs and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their Queries related to the university.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns related to the university Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to advertise about the university when needed. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:o Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
o Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience.
o Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. Understanding the university programs, services, and policies. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
