Job Title: Call Center Representative (Inbound Calls)
Job Description: • Communicating with business customers via inbound calls.• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
