Personnel Affairs Specialist (HR Business Partner)

Fully responsible for employee transportation company coordination and submitting weekly reports.
Handling all dealings with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Offices, etc.).
Issuing and managing medical insurance cards for employees.
Opening and managing bank accounts for employees.
Following up on payroll variables, overtime calculations, and related adjustments.
Updating, maintaining, and reviewing employee personnel files on a regular basis.
Preparing all required HR  personnel statistics and reports.
Following up on social insurance procedures in coordination with company representatives.
Updating and maintaining job titles in accordance with company structure and legal requirements.
Ensuring payment of all governmental dues, including:
Emergency Aid Fund
Cultural, Social, and Service Funds

1% emergency fund 
Managing and following up on new Social Insurance compensations, such as:
Sick leave compensations
Applying and enforcing all forms related to the new internal bylaws, ensuring strict compliance without any exceptions.
Implementing the Internal Work Regulations in full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025.
