  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, striving to deliver satisfactory solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Receive customer complaints, feedback, and violations, and record them accurately in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Analyze complaints and violations to determine their nature and priority level.
  • Handle complaints and violations objectively and with strict confidentiality, resolving them or escalating them to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer requests, complaints, and violations until full resolution and closure within the required timeframe.
  • Inform customers of the actions taken and the final outcomes in a transparent manner.
  • Prepare periodic reports on complaints and violations, identify recurring patterns, and propose preventive and improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and professional and ethical conduct standards.
  • Follow up with customers after resolving complaints or violations to ensure their satisfaction with the provided solutions.
  • Contribute to improving work procedures and service quality through insights and feedback derived from customer complaints.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Qualification:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.Proficiency in using computers and customer service systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.Personal Skills:Politeness and professional customer interaction skills.Patience and flexibility.Teamwork and collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail.
