Sales Representative

 

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through targeted prospecting, including dealers, traders, and fleet customers
  • Increase customer data base through areas prospection (Dealers & Traders and Fleets).
  • Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction, while fostering strong partnerships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, After Sales, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless handling of all customer-related activities, from sales to after-sales service and collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring that all data is validated and properly recorded.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and approaches, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Meet the business commercial and financial objectives by achieving the sales targets
  • Consistently meet business objectives by achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. Focus on enhancing sales volume, value, and profit margins
  • Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, pricing, and product offerings, and provide insights to the management team to support informed decision-making regarding pricing, commercial policies, and credit terms.
  • Take full responsibility for the customer’s statement of accounts, ensuring timely payments and effective collections.
  • Submit sales reports (Daily – Weekly & Monthly and yearly Reports) as per the planned calendar reflecting annual budget Vs achieved including variance analysis.
