- Design, develop, and maintain KPIs related to Quality Assurance, performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Monitor performance against targets, SLAs, and quality standards, and identify gaps or deviations.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
- Translate data analysis into actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Support Quality Assurance initiatives through KPI analysis, gap analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and governance of reports and KPI frameworks.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Management teams to align KPIs with business objectives.
- Take ownership of performance data and act as a single point of reference for quality-related KPIs.
- Required Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong experience in KPI development, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance concepts, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Experience in data validation, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy.
