- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in restaurant recruitment industry is required.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills.
