Strategy & Planning
- Translate marketing and business objectives into structured content plans and editorial calendars.
- Conduct competitive, audience, and keyword research; develop personas and topic clusters aligned to the funnel.
Creation & Optimization
- Author SEO-friendly website copy (landing pages, solutions/services pages, resource hubs) and long-form assets (blogs, guides, white papers, case studies).
- Optimize existing content for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, H1s, alt text, internal linking, schema where applicable).
- Produce PR materials (press releases, media pitches) and executive bylines; script/transcribe short product videos and demos.
- Create and promote supporting assets (infographics, decks) to drive reach and backlinks.
Technical & Product Storytelling
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex features into clear value propositions and user benefits.
- Develop task-oriented content (how-tos, FAQs, knowledge-base articles) that reduces support friction.
- Select appropriate formats and channels (web, documentation, short video) for maximum clarity and impact.
Measurement & Governance
- Track KPIs (rankings, CTR, organic sessions, assisted conversions) and recommend iterative improvements.
- Uphold brand, tone, and compliance standards across all touchpoints.
- Other duties as assigned in support of a fast-moving marketing organization.
