Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Control Engineer, located in Egypt. The Senior Cost Control Engineer will oversee and implement cost control processes, monitor and manage project costs, and ensure fiscal accountability across projects. Additionally, the role involves preparing and analyzing cost reports, collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with budgets, and proactively managing cost variances. The engineer will also contribute to overall project control, supporting timely delivery within budget constraints.

KEY SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) software, advanced Excel, Earned Value

Management EVM, Communication & Coordination Skills, and Leadership & Mentoring Skills.

Qualifications

• Manage project budgets and monitor costs, cash flows, and variances to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and update cost reports, including earned value analysis, and provide recommendations based on deviations.
• Review and certify invoices for subcontractors and suppliers in compliance with contracts and project progress.
• Handle forecasting and change management, assessing cost impacts of variations.
• Coordinate with project teams
• Experience from 3-6 years
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering in CIVIL OR ARCHTICTURE
