Proven capability to design, implement, and manage HR structures, policies, and processes from scratch.

 

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate talent acquisition.
  • Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
