Executive Secretary / Receptionist

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage reception duties including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and routing inquiries, Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.
  • Maintain the CEO/Management calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
    Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
