Job Description

  •  Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.
  •  Candidate Screening & Selection:
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  •  Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  •  Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

Required Qualifications and Experience:• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field (professional diploma or Master's degree in Talent Management preferred).• Practical Experience:• At least two years of experience in recruiting medical talent within Saudi Arabia and Egypt.• Practical experience in recruiting physicians and healthcare technicians of various nationalities (Arab and Asian).Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms.
