Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and labor laws.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

Required Qualifications and Experience:• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field (professional diploma or Master's degree in Talent Management preferred).• Practical Experience:• At least two years of experience in recruiting medical talent within Saudi Arabia and Egypt.• Practical experience in recruiting physicians and healthcare technicians of various nationalities (Arab and Asian).Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms.
