On-Boarding Specialist (Sales Experience)

  • Conduct engaging sales training sessions for new hires and current team members.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on real estate sales techniques, client communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and real estate regulations to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales agents, helping them quickly adapt to company culture and procedures.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high professional standards.

3–6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.Strong understanding of the sales process, client relationship management, and closing techniques.Outstanding communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about coaching others.Eager to learn and continuously improve personal and professional skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or other training software/tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
