5-6 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and order management systems.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Experience managing customer service processes in an online retail context.Willingness to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
