Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling ATEC Egypt’s electrical products and solutions to clients, consultants, contractors, and end users. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to support business development, identify customer needs. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in expanding the company's market share, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the electrical contracting market.
  • Present company products, solutions, and services in a professional and technical manner.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients, consultants, and contractors until deal closing and project award.
  • Support customers with technical guidance, standards, product comparison, compliance and documentation when needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical office, procurement, operations) .
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and after-sales support.

 


Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering .0–2 years experience in electrical sales or power distribution market preferred (fresh graduates may apply).Good technical understanding of MV/LV equipment, switchgear, transformers, and related electrical products is a plus.Experience in ERP systems is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.Fluent in Arabic & English.Proficient in MS Office.Must have a valid driver’s license.
