Account Manager

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the agricultural investment sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell relevant products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively address client challenges.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience working in an open-office environment.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for clients.Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
