Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience working in an open-office environment.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for clients.Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
