Restaurant Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and speed of service meet brand standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
• Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and break rotations.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations at all times.
• Oversee inventory levels, assist with stock orders, and manage waste.
• Perform opening and closing duties including cash handling and daily reporting.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with operational tasks and delegate responsibilities
effectively.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment, leading by example.


High school diploma or equivalent required.• 1–2 years of experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment.• Prior experience in a supervisory or shift lead role preferred.• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (ServSafe certification is a plus).• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
