  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the HR, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers and business owners.
  • Present and pitch tailored recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

 


1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, HR services, or recruitment agencies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong business development mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Good command of English (spoken and written).
