- Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate and deliver employee orientation and training sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback collection.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal regulations in all HR practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Flexibility to support various HR functions as needed.
