Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide basic information about the company, its services, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with office management to ensure supplies and resources are stocked.
  • Assist other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
