Training and OD Specialist

  • Develop OD Strategies to support organizational transformation and growth.
  • Identify learning and development needs across departments.
  • Design and deliver succession planning programs.
  • Support Continuous improvement of performance management systems.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Track and analyze OD metrics and kPIs.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of OD and Training programs.
  • Organize Onboarding orientation for all new staff.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or a related field.At least one year of experience in organizational development and learning and development.Strong knowledge of OD and L&D principles , talent management and organizational behavior.strong project management and communication skills.
