Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support office operations by ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Adhere to security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.

1-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding service.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
