- Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes and forms using word processing, spreadsheets and presentation forms.
 - Develop and maintain a filing system.
 - Responsible for printing tasks.
 - Responsible for stamping, envelope organization and reviewing tender documents.
 - Manage the day to day operations of the office.
 - Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
 
  Prior administrative experience.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detail.3-5 years of Experience is A MUST.
