  • Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes and forms using word processing, spreadsheets and presentation forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Responsible for printing tasks.
  • Responsible for stamping, envelope organization and reviewing tender documents.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.

Prior administrative experience.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detail.3-5 years of Experience is A MUST.
