- Oversee the performance and commitment of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) within the assigned region.
- Ensure timely closure of pending repairs, meeting the promised service timelines to customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ASPs, resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Continuously assess and enhance ASP coverage to ensure optimal service reach and efficiency.
- Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new ASPs in line with market expansion strategies.
- Analyze ASP performance data to identify weaknesses and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain backup service coverage plans for each region to ensure service continuity.
- Monitor ASPs’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Enforce company policies by applying appropriate disciplinary actions for ASP misconduct.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering3:5 years of experience in supervising ASPs or similar service operations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Good presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Good command of English (spoken and written).
