- Provide comprehensive support for Oracle JD Edwards ERP systems, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to ERP modules, collaborating with end-users and IT teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with best practices.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Liaise with vendors and external consultants for advanced troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance ERP adoption and proficiency across departments.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities as required by business needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to data security, compliance, and organizational IT policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.5 to 7 years of proven experience supporting Oracle JD Edwards ERP systems in a complex business environment.Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in production is a plus.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical ERP issues.Experience with system upgrades, patch management, and configuration within Oracle JD Edwards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels.Ability to document processes, create user manuals, and deliver effective training.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
