   Receiving customer complaints, identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions (average 8 complaints/month)
·        Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
·        Identify customers’ needs (orders) clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
·        Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
·        Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
·        Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
·        Taking customers feedback of special orders in branches, average per month 200 calls, per week 50 /week
   Job Requirement
  Education:                       University Graduate
    Experience:                     1-2 years’ experience  in call center field
 Language skills              Very Good command of English Language
   Computer skills                          Very Good in office applications,
