Position: Customer Service Representative – Food Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to food products and services.
• Record customer requests, orders, and complaints and follow up with the concerned departments.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive corporate image.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service / call center (preferably in the food industry).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
