Administrative Assistant

Mr. Tailor - Egypt - Cairo

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. The role will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports, organizing schedules, and following up on branch-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and update operational and sales reports.
  • Handle data entry and documentation accurately.
  • Organize and manage meetings, calendars, and appointments.
  • Follow up on branch issues and coordinate solutions with management.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  •  Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.

1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.
