Customer Support Specialist
Horizons, a sister company of a top-notch US dental clinic, is seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or Video calls.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
You will be working from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am in our Nasr City, Cairo officeProviding exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, and video calls.Fixed two days off on Saturdays and Sundays.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone or email.Identify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresFluency in English.Ability to work in teams.Writing Emails.
