Recruitment & Personnel Specialist

Recruitment:

Identify hiring needs in coordination with department managers.

Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Issue job offers and prepare employment contracts.

Maintain and update the candidate database.

Personnel:

Create and maintain complete employee files as per legal and company requirements.

Monitor attendance, leaves, absences, and ensure proper documentation.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Manage contract renewals, probation periods, and employee status changes.

Implement and follow up on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor law and social insurance regulations.


Bachelor's degree in law.1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or personnel administration.Solid knowledge of local labor laws and social insurance regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle).Strong communication and organizational skills.Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
