- Exploring and implementing sales & business development strategies
- Visiting nurseries, schools, and education centers (25+ visits/week)
- Generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships
- Following up with new clients until their first payment, then handing them to Operations
- Reconnecting with churned clients through new offers and contracts
- Creating proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements
- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly progress to the Sales Manager
- Leading market penetration for new services/products
- Collaborating with our internal team to meet client needs
