- Handle all personnel procedures, including hiring, resignations, terminations, and employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee files and databases.
- Generate monthly HR reports related to attendance, salaries, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
6–8 years of experience in Personnel and Payroll functions.Previous experience in construction companies is a must.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
