- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine project scope and requirements.

- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project standards.
- Develop and maintain cost databases, historical records, and estimation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present cost estimation reports, summaries, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and bid evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market prices, and new technologies to ensure competitive and realistic cost assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.3 to 7 years of proven experience in cost estimation within the construction or real estate development sector.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and market pricing.Willingness to work full-time in an office-based environment.
