Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and on time via phone, email, or chat
- Understand customer needs and guide them on specific features
- Investigate and report product issues (e.g., testing scenarios or simulating user experience)
- Update internal databases with technical issues and helpful conversations
- Share feature requests and practical solutions with the team
- Inform customers about new features and updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Requirements:Previous experience in customer support or similar roleFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience with helpdesk software and remote support toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedPatience and empathy when handling difficult casesBachelor's degree or diploma
