We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and on time via phone, email, or chat
  • Understand customer needs and guide them on specific features
  • Investigate and report product issues (e.g., testing scenarios or simulating user experience)
  • Update internal databases with technical issues and helpful conversations
  • Share feature requests and practical solutions with the team
  • Inform customers about new features and updates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved

Requirements:Previous experience in customer support or similar roleFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience with helpdesk software and remote support toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedPatience and empathy when handling difficult casesBachelor's degree or diploma
