The Fulfillment Telesales & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and onboarding e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquisition and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential E-commerce sellers to discuss their business needs and offer our services.
- Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders.
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.
- Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.
- Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails
- Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
1+ year of experience as Fulfillment Tele-sales in the Logistics / E-commerce field.Bachelor's degree is a must.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
