- Manage and oversee the complete tendering process, including pre-qualification, bid strategy, technical and commercial submission, and post-submission clarifications.
- Analyze and interpret tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, legal, planning, and procurement teams to compile accurate and competitive tender submissions.
- Ensure that tender submissions are professionally prepared and delivered within deadlines.
- Maintain a strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Attend tender meetings, site visits, and client briefings as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and competitor strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s is a plus).Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior tendering or proposal management role within the construction industry.Advanced knowledge of tendering procedures, FIDIC contracts, and construction procurement.Professional certifications in tendering, procurement, or contract management are highly desirable (e.g., PMP, FIDIC, CIPS, Certified Tendering Professional).Excellent command of English (spoken and written).High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with ERP or tendering software is a plus.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
