Job Responsabilities:
● CEO Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
● Agenda & Schedule Management: Prioritize and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, aligning with strategic priorities.
● Meeting Preparation: Brief the CEO on key topics, prepare agendas, and synthesize pre-read materials for high-level discussions (e.g., board meetings, investor pitches).
● Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, including legal, financial, and personnel matters.
● Strategic Communication: Draft and refine CEO communications (emails, speeches, presentations) to reflect organizational vision and brand voice.
● Media & PR Coordination: Partner with the Marcom team to manage press inquiries, interviews, and public appearances for the CEO.
● Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with partners, investors, and ecosystem players (e.g., startups, government bodies) to amplify STEM EC’s influence.
● Event Representation: Accompany the CEO to events, document key takeaways, and facilitate follow-up actions.
● Startup Pipeline Coordination: Oversee the selection process for program startups (applications, interviews, bootcamps) and report progress to the CEO.
● Mentorship & Training Liaison: Support recruitment of high-profile mentors/speakers and ensure program alignment with CEO’s strategic goals.
● Impact Reporting: Summarize program outcomes and startup performance into concise briefs for CEO and stakeholders.
● Executive Briefings: Translate complex data (e.g., workforce trends, program KPIs) into actionable insights for CEO decision-making.
● Risk & Crisis Support: Assist the CEO in workforce or PR crisis response, including scenario planning and communication strategies.
● Workforce Strategy: Collaborate with HR to align hybrid/remote policies with CEO’s vision for culture and productivity.
● Content Alignment: Review mission-critical content (e.g., donor reports, AI/deep tech narratives) for consistency with CEO priorities.
