1. Administrative Affairs – Saudi Government Platforms:
Manage employee data registration and updates across all Saudi platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Nitaqat, Musaned, Absher, Muqeem, etc.
Coordinate with Saudi governmental entities regarding contracts, licenses, work permits, and insurance.
Prepare official documents and handle registration on medical licensing platforms.
Monitor and follow up on Iqama validity, medical insurance, contract renewals, and compliance deadlines.
Support the HR team to ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law and procedural regulations.
2. Personnel Affairs – Cairo & Riyadh Offices:
Handle employee contracts, onboarding, and document management.
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with legal and internal policy requirements.
Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and monthly HR reporting.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Apply company policies and procedures across both locations.
Support exit process and final settlements in line with Saudi and Egyptian labor law.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and personnel roles, preferably with Saudi-based companies.Full knowledge of Saudi labor law and key government platforms.Familiarity with Egyptian labor law is a strong plus.Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments and countries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
