· Create job descriptions & job requirements.
· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
· Handle the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan and including ad-hoc positions.
· Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
· Update recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
· Advertise all vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
· Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
· Develop a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationship with high potential candidates
. Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery.
above 5 years Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment.Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving abilities.BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.Resident Near New Cairo (5th settlement).
