Content Creator

Position Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for the development of compelling, original, and brand-consistent written and conceptual content across multiple digital platforms. The role includes crafting social media copy, developing content ideas, scripting video content, and contributing to broader campaign messaging. The Employee is expected to work collaboratively with Account Managers and the design team to ensure that all content aligns with each client’s tone, objectives, and brand identity, while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1.1 Content Planning & Brainstorming

  • Participate in scheduled brainstorming sessions with the creative and account management teams.
  • Propose creative content ideas and campaign themes based on industry trends and client goals.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving content trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.

1.2 Content Creation

  • Write high-quality, engaging copy for social media captions, posts, video scripts, and stories.
  • Adapt writing style to suit a range of client tones, brand voices, and industries.
  • Ensure all written content is clear, grammatically correct, and consistent with content plans.

1.3 Content Calendar Execution

  • Align written content with visual assets and client-approved campaign scopes.
  • Deliver content drafts to Account Managers within agreed timelines for client review.
  • Revise and finalize content in accordance with feedback from both internal teams and clients.

1.4 Research & Inspiration

  • Conduct necessary background research to ensure content accuracy, particularly in niche or technical subject areas.
  • Leverage trending hooks, storytelling techniques, and strategic calls-to-action to enhance engagement and content performance.

1.5 Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with designers, Reels creators, and Account Managers to maintain campaign cohesion.
  • Attend client meetings as required to gain a deeper understanding of brand messaging, campaign goals, and any updates to client tone or direction.
  • Accept and implement feedback in a timely and constructive manner to support continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2+ years of professional experience in content creation or copywriting.Proven track record of producing engaging content across multiple digital platforms Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.
