Develop and oversee detailed project plans, managing all phases from initial design to store furnishing and handover.
- Supervise contractors to ensure timely, high-quality project completion within approved budgets.
- Follow up on project execution, ensuring alignment with BOQ, company standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate between contractors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Communicate with property owners to secure necessary approvals and address any project obstacles.
- Manage architectural tender processes to select the most qualified contractors based on quality, timeline, and budget.
- Prepare and release all relevant BOQs for architectural works.
- Oversee the procurement of store and office equipment (such as shelves, tiles, signage, displays, furniture, and maintenance materials) to ensure competitive pricing and specification compliance.
- Manage orders, deliveries, and installations, ensuring all resources are supplied and installed according to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for current and new stores, including budget preparation and coordination with the Operations Department.
- Ensure maintenance activities are executed within budget and meet operational standards.
- Enforce adherence to all department-related policies and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Guide, support, and coach the team to ensure efficient daily operations and problem-solving.
- Conduct team performance appraisals and set annual objectives in alignment with the department’s business plan.
- Support the Projects Director in preparing the department's business plan, budget, and management reports.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.5 to 7 years’ of experience in architectural project management within the retail, construction, or facility management sectors.PMP Certificate is a plus.Excellent English.Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
