Job Description:
A social media specialist is responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth for the agency and its clients. They are expected to be excellent communicators, versatile creative writers, and team players.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop social media strategies that align with business goals. This includes creating social media content plans consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Content Management: Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including writing and editing posts. Also manage a content calendar for scheduled posts and campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries promptly, and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. They also analyze social media metrics and generate reports to gauge campaign success.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and emerging trends. This involves monitoring social media trends, tools, and applications for effective integration.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and meet overall goals. This may also include collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
- Influencer Management: Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events. They also identify and collaborate with influencers or brand advocates for partnership opportunities.
- Optimization: Optimize social media profiles for search engine visibility and user experience. Implement A/B testing on various elements of social media campaigns for optimization.

- Full-time position
- Weekend off: Friday and Saturday
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Location: Zahraa Maadi, Cairo
