- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a laboratory, which includes supervising staff, organizing and maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop, implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) for the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC17025:2017.

- Enforces good lab practices and data integrity of the data generated, compliance with good laboratory practice (GLP) and other safety standards.
- Managing and verification the design changes of products.
- Collaborating with QC and other parties to ensure the quality of the final product.
- Conduct training for the Lab staff on the ISO/IEC17025:2017 requirements.
- Manages and directs laboratory accreditation processes, including preparation for audits, document updates and scope of approved tests, to ensure that accreditation is achieved or obtained in line with organizational objectives.
BSc of Science.7-10 years of Proven work experience in Leading Team.In-depth knowledge of monitoring and evaluating laboratory performance metrics and implementing performance improvement initiatives.Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and validation procedures and ensuring the validity of test results.Overseeing the daily operations of both raw material and finished good Laboratory according to the international test methods ASTM, ISO and EN.Managing, upgrading and maintaining the lab system including the competence of testing and calibration in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC17025:2017.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Decision-making skills.
