Quality Control Supervisor

Circle K - Egypt - Cairo

Regular Store Visits and Inspections:

  • Conduct routine visits to franchise and sub-franchise stores to assess compliance with Circle K's quality standards.
  • Inspect store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Review inventory management practices and verify product quality and freshness.
  • Evaluate adherence to operational procedures, including cash handling, food preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct customer service evaluations to assess staff performance and address any issues or training needs.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Monitor and enforce Circle K's quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to rectify deficiencies.
  • Provide guidance and training to store personnel on quality control standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with store managers to implement corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of store inspections, findings, and follow-up actions.

 


Job Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality Management).Proven experience in a supervisory or quality control role within the Food and Beverages industry is a MUST.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and best practices.Familiarity with franchise operations and compliance requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
