1. Tender Management:
• Monitor and analyze tender opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender bids in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for tender submissions.
2. Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement teams, government bodies, healthcare institutions, contracts, and private hospital.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
3. Sales and Business Development:
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue from tender opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with medical teams to exceed the revenue.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management to refine tender strategies and product offerings.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all tenderrelated activities.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Generate regular reports on tender performance and account status.
Delta & Alex resident is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in ( Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine ).The candidate must have a minimum of 2 Yrs. of experience in tenders.Strong understanding of tender processes and healthcare procurement systems.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
