- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Handle digital requests and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create, edit, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with Nile University’s branding and marketing goals.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Content Creation Coordination:
- Work closely with content creators to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all content adheres to the university’s guidelines and standards.
- Project Follow-Up:
- Monitor the progress of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and resources required for marketing activities.
- Marketing Inventory Management:
- Maintain and organize the inventory of marketing materials, including giveaways, roll-ups, brochures, and other promotional items.
- Ensure timely restocking of inventory based on project requirements.
- Cross-Departmental Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other university departments.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to support collaborative efforts and marketing goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
